Pharmacy Made Easy!

The Rx Success™ Program was developed by Salt & Light Enterprises, LLC, a Colorado based company formed in early 1999. Salt & Light Enterprises, LLC, is a company dedicated to training quality pharmacy personnel, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring students' professional success.  The Rx Success™ program is one of the most widely used pharmacy technician education resources in the country.  The Rx Success™ product line represents an integrated approach to technician education.  We have created multiple courses and teaching tools that have helped thousands of technicians further their professional development.    We have prepared countless pharmacy technicians to become nationally certified.  We have helped pharmacy technicians master the difficult tasks of drug memorization and  compounding.  We have assisted those who are already certified to maintain their credentials through continuing education programs.  We have also created a comprehensive program to help individuals with no industry experience become pharmacy technicians.  New products are always under development.

Company President, Andrea Crane  ( andrea@rxtechsuccess.com) brings over eleven years of clinical experience to this program. Andrea has worked as a certified pharmacy technician in every practice setting available.  She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she studied Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. She is a state credentialed pharmacy technician educator who has taught at a number of community and national vocational education colleges. She is an active member of the Pharmacy Technician Educators Council. Andrea is responsible for the creative vision and technical information which comprise the Rx Success™ Training Program. She is the author of all Rx Success™ content.  Andrea is supported by a staff of professionals who help her administer this program to individuals from all portions of the United States and from around the world.

Sales Director, Joan Fava  (joan@rxtechsuccess.com), attended Wesleyan University.  Since graduating with a degree in Medical Technology Joan has held various positions within both the Kansas and Colorado medical communities, for the last 30 years. 

Clinical Director, David Lloyd RPh  (david@rxtechsuccess.com), has practiced as a registered pharmacist for over twenty-five years. For the majority of this time he has served in the role of Director of Pharmacy for numerous hospitals. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas, School of Pharmacy.  David served as an industry expert during the development of this program and continues to assist in its content development and with student instruction.

Customer Service Representative, Joanna Beasly  (service@rxtechsuccess.com),  Joanna is responsible for our outstanding level of customer support and personally handles all customer service issues for Salt & Light Enterprises, LLC.
