If you ordered an on-line class or registered for a live seminar, you will receive a separate e-mail with log-in information and/or registration instructions after you place your order.  You will receive this information within 48 hours following the receipt of your payment.

Refunds, Returns, and Policies:  Your Complete Satisfaction is OUR GOAL!

• The Rx Success™ On-line Pharmacy Calculations Review Course and the RxTechSuccess On-line National Certification Review Course are NON-REFUNDABLE. Additionally, students who register for this program are not permitted to share usernames and/or passwords.  Any students who violate this policy will be removed from the course and no refund will be issued.
• Rx Success™ Live Seminar Registrations are refundable until 10 days prior to the date of first class.  Phlash™ Card and Review Manual return policies, as listed below, must also be met before a refund will be issued.
• Rx Success™ Fast Track Pharmacy Technician Career Training Course Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE once the course has begun.  (We have a limited number of openings for each session.  Once you reserve a spot it is no longer available to other customers.)  We will refund tuition payments upon receipt of all course materials, less a $200.00 administrative fee, for all registration cancellations received prior to the start of the session for which you enrolled.  Course materials must arrive in resalable condition.
• Phlash™ Card orders may be returned only if the shrink-wrap packaging is unopened.  All Phlash™ Card orders must be returned in an unopened and original condition and within 15 days of receipt of your order.  Upon return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges & less a 10% restocking fee.
• Manuals and Compounding Products may be returned, within 15 days of receipt of your order and in their original condition, for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges & less a 10% restocking fee.
• Tess Perle products may be returned, within 15 days of receipt of your order and in their original condition, for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges & less a 10% restocking fee.
• Outdated/old editions or any customized products will not be accepted for return.
